My body and I have a weird relationship and I’ve always been on the thicker side of the scale. This was a little concerning to me considering I don’t eat that much. I managed to stay a steady weight for years in Jamaica, however, once I migrated to the United States the game changed. I was more or less eating the same portions but found myself gaining more and more weight.
I consulted with Mark out of curiosity but after our evaluation it didn’t take me long to decide to make a change. Mark is an expert in his field and he explains it in a way for everyone to understand. He’s patient and doesn’t make you feel ashamed of any part of the fitness journey - I have a deeper understanding of what I put into my body and the effects it has on me. I no longer feel like death when I climb stairs and I can walk longer mile. I shared with him my goal of wanted to run a marathon one day and I feel like with his guidance I can actually do it. I absolutely love the way my body has been changing during our workouts - it’s been about three months and I’ve lost a little over 10lbs. I feel myself getting stronger and stronger every day. I feel great!

I've always struggled with my weight, sometimes it goes up and very few times it goes down and i didnt understand why or what truly contributed to my weight loss if I had any. But just after only a little less than month on this programme I already lost 4 Pounds! and i've not only been able to keep it off but I know exactly what to do to lose more.
Mark was super patient and knowledgable, he was able to look at how I was eating and tell me exactly what I needed to change, we were able to build better eating habits that are super easy to follow and super easy to maintain. I learned so much about not only food but nutrition and what matters when it comes to weight loss and overall health!
